About me

I’m Mary Crauderueff, a queer audiobook narrator, digital organizer, and archivist based in Philadelphia, PA. I earned my BA in Theater Arts at Earlham College, and went on to earn my Master’s Degree in archives, records, and information management from the University of Maryland.

I have a passion for discovering new stories and have a deep curiosity about the world. I’ve been inspired by trips to places like Ireland, Kenya, the West Bank, and Bangladesh. Whether it’s going on hikes with friends, exploring different countries across the continents, or finding ways to combat white supremacy, transphobia, and the patriarchy, I’m always eager to broaden my horizons and make a positive impact. These are also the stories I love to narrate, whether it’s a memoir written by someone working for justice or queer or sapphic romance!

More about me

Through my work as a librarian, I’ve cultivated project management and organizational skills. Nothing makes me happier than working with students in classes, researchers in the archives, and supervising various projects. I’m passionate about fostering community, creating access to resources, and empowering others with valuable skills.

Being an uncle/auntie to my amazing niblings is one of the greatest joys in my life. They love gathering around me, eager to hear stories. I’m particularly drawn to narratives that explore justice, liberation, queerness, and romance.

To nourish myself, I love hanging out with my friends, relaxing on the beach, brewing a delicious cup of espresso, singing my heart out, and immersing myself in a book (or two… or three, plus an audiobook in the car!). I’m a bit of a church nerd and regularly attend multiple churches that connect me to leftist and queer communities, as well as the Divine, in unique and meaningful ways.
