Scope of Services The Advisor agrees to provide digital organizing services to the Client. Services will include three 60-minute sessions, to be completed within 45 days of the first session. Additional sessions can be added on individually. If another package is purchased, those will be considered to restart the 45-day completion timeline.
Payment Terms The Client agrees to pay the Advisor a total of $275 upfront for three 60-minute sessions. Payment will be made via Stripe, Zelle, PayPal, or another agreed-upon system. Payment must be received prior to the first session to commence services. Should the Client elect to continue working with the Advisor, the Client may purchase additional three 60-minute sessions at the current rate or one-hour sessions at Advisor’s hourly rate. Payment must be received before each additional session.
Cancellation and Refunds If the Client wishes to cancel the agreement before the first session, a full refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued after the first session. If the Advisor cancels services or fails to fulfill obligations under this agreement, a prorated refund will be issued to the Client.
Rescheduling and Missed Sessions The Client must provide at least 4 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the session without a refund. The Advisor reserves the right to reschedule sessions with at least 4 hours’ notice to the Client.
Confidentiality The Advisor agrees to keep all information shared by the Client during sessions confidential, except as required by law or with the Client’s prior written consent. 5a. The Advisor may record sessions, including creating transcriptions. The primary use is for the Client and for internal use by the Advisor. If the Advisor wishes to use a clip from a session for marketing or social media, they will either gain permission from the Client or rerecord a clip, using the transcript as a script.
Liability and Guarantee The Client acknowledges that the Advisor is not a licensed therapist, financial advisor, or legal consultant. The Client accepts responsibility for all decisions made as a result of Advising, and acknowledges that any digital organizing services provided do not guarantee an increase in earnings.
Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any modifications must be agreed to in writing and signed by both parties.
Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
